Short profile

Who I am

Timm is an entrepreneur, certified scale up coach and strategic sparring partner for founders and leadership teams in growth mode. His focus: setting up companies on the path from 20 to 200 employees so that they truly scale – systematically, with focus and independent of the founder.

With the scale up framework he works on four levers – People, Strategy, Execution and Cash. As host of the buypreneur podcast (our partner) he makes business succession and Entrepreneurship through Acquisition tangible – and brings exactly this hands-on practice into our Entrepreneurship field as a lecturer.
